I've picked up 4 rings from your shop, had them shipped to Australia and sent 2 to Hampshire while I was on holiday. The craftsmanship is always top-notch, and they arrive ahead of schedule. Most importantly, my wife looks stunning in your creations!

We set up an online appointment to check out the Birmingham location, and got quick confirmation along with some really useful info. When we got there, Madelene greeted us and made us feel at ease since the trip had been a bit hectic. We spent a good amount of time discussing styles, types of diamonds, and details about lab-grown diamonds, and Madelene was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout. I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to make a choice, but with her guidance, we found the ideal engagement ring. After placing our order, we received beautiful photos and videos once it was ready. I got myself a stunning engagement ring from Sacet. Their customer service was super helpful. We had a couple of virtual meetings where they guided me in picking the perfect ring. They included the Sacet certificate with my order, but I had to ask for the IGI certificate, which came later (it wasn't with the ring when I picked it up). That's the only reason I rated it 4 stars. All in all, they were really nice and had a fantastic selection of rings, an easy-to-navigate website, and quick responses.
